Gateway Basketball
Gateway competes in the Baptist Basketball Association on Saturday evenings as part of the LBA.
Teams are made up of a wide variety of skills and talent and provides a great place of connection and mateship through sport. Each night is also presented with a short message of encouragement and challenge to spur the players on in the day to day life.
The club also provides leadership and participation in the National Baptist Basketball Carnival held in January each year across the country.

As the competition is part of the Launceston Basketball Association, you need to be registered. Competitions begin Feb each year. Email [email protected] to find out more.
Tricky question! If you become a player, then you're part of Gateway! You become part of the church family as you wear our name. You don't have to be a church member or attend Sunday services, but we do encourage you to find out more about this funny bunch we are.
Spectators are allowed to attend, but we do need to adhere to Covid-19 restrictions laid out by public health.
